Morpheus Bouldering Area
Morpheus Bouldering Area is located off of Highway 2 near Skykomish Washington and has become a popular place to boulder if you live in Seattle, Western Washington, or are looking for someplace to go when heading to or from Leavenworth. This area is not nearly as good as Leavenworth or Gold Bar but the area has excellent problems with potential for lots of new development so if you are looking to do some first ascents, Morpheus boulders are a good option.
Western Washington bouldering has become increasingly popular and new areas like Morpheus are getting more attention. This area, as of 2013, was not much of an area and was heavily overgrown but now that a lot of cleaning has been done the area is becoming increasingly better each season.
